A tonka bean infused coconut sponge studded with morello cherries, filled with a morello cherry jam and topped with a tonka bean infused coconut cream cheese buttercream, garnished with a fresh cherry, a dark chocolate lip seal and a fresh coconut shaving.

(Tonka beans are the seeds of a rainforest tree which is native to South America. They have a sweet aroma reminiscent of vanilla, almonds and cinnamon)
