So delicious and chocolatey. There is an amazing caramel centre in a decadent chocolate sponge, if you like chocolate and caramel then this is such a treat. And if you are not gluten free, it literally makes no difference, it is an incredible cupcake that tastes better than any other one you could buy.
Gayas cupcakes are the literally the best you can buy in London or anywhere. They are so flavoursome and individually baked in her kitchen. They don't taste super sugary like some cupcakes, she uses the best ingredients and they really taste of what she describes - this is tiramisu but in a cupcake!
The cake was exquisitely decorated and great, fresh tasting. It’s wonderful to have a local independent cake shop.

Proper dark chocolate flavour, rich without feeling heavy, and not overly sweet. The texture is amazing — dense and smooth, where a small slice is enough and you naturally slow down and enjoy it. It feels thoughtful rather than overdone. A simple dessert done properly.

My daughter lives in Putney, we are in the USA. Her boyfriend Alex recommended the Gaya Bakery for her birthday cake. I found the shop online and placed an order for Alex to pick up. The online process was so easy, the webpage was very efficiently designed. She loved the cake both in design and taste! I highly recommend!

Incredibly decadent, sophisticated and luxurious. The layers of flavour worked so well in this complex dessert. It was absolutely delicious and star of the show on Christmas Day.

We’ve had these brownies a couple of times ourselves and they’re delicious - so moist and chocolaty! Gaya and her team were Absolutely fantastic. I had a very detailed last minute request and they were able to make the impossible possible! The cake was stunning and tasted amazing too. They were all very friendly and accommodating and I will definitley be using them for all future celebrations

We ordered our wedding cake from Gaya and it was delicious and beautiful! It was went when we took the leftovers to our second day of celebrations! Gaya were very flexible in our requests to have a different decoration with the flavour we wanted too! Loved it!
