Shipping policy

Website Orders

All of our cakes and desserts can be ordered to be delivered to a large majority of London postcodes and some select Surrey postcodes and they are hand delivered via our courier partners. We offer a 10:30am-2pm delivery slot each day between Tuesday and Sunday and we would recommend having our layer cakes delivered the day before they will be consumed. Order by 1pm to have a cake delivered the next day or a dessert delivered two days later. The cost of delivery is quoted directly from our courier partner.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available at the delivery address on the day of your chosen delivery date; if there is no-one on hand to receive the products we will do our very best to leave them in a safe place (e.g. with a neighbour). If there is no suitable safe option then we will have no choice but to take the products back to our bakery in Putney and you would need to arrange collection yourself. Instructions on handling and storage will be provided at the time of delivery but once the cakes are signed for we cannot accept liability for how they are handled thereafter.

Postal Orders

Postal orders are shipped with a Tracked 24 delivery service with Royal Mail and are shipped the day after your order is received (with a 12 noon cut off time). Orders received after 12 noon will be shipped the day after
