Flavour Descriptions
Victoria Sponge - Don't let its simplicity fool you - this is our best seller. Vanilla butter sponge layered with vanilla bean buttercream and raspberry jam, finished in our signature meringue buttercream. Topped with raspberry piping, fresh raspberries, white chocolate curls and black sugar sprinkles.
Pistachio, Cardamom & Cherry - One of Gaya's original recipes, created over 10 years ago. Cardamom-infused pistachio sponge layered with toasted pistachio buttercream, morello cherry jam and crushed pistachio praline, finished in our signature meringue buttercream. Topped with pistachio buttercream, dried morello cherries, toasted pistachios and bronze sprinkles.
Chocolate Fudge - Rich, dense and super chocolatey! It took countless iterations to arrive at the perfect recipe but we honestly think it’s the best chocolate cake out there. A rich all butter chocolate cake layered with a decadent chocolate ganache, covered in a gold flecked chocolate fudge buttercream and topped with piping, chocolate cake truffles and a combination of milk and dark chocolate squares.

Our original cake plan fell through with barely three weeks to go, and she took on the order without any fuss, nailed the brief first time, and delivered a lemon cake with Swiss meringue buttercream that was genuinely the best cake either of us has ever eaten. The design was exactly what we asked for, simple and elegant with fresh flowers, and it arrived at our venue on time and in perfect condition.

I stumbled on this fantastic little bakery as I took a different walk home along Putney Bridge road. I had no plans to buy anything until the divine smell coming from the kitchen hijacked me. I purchased a mango cupcake and slice of victoria sponge. The latter is for my husband so I can't yet comment but the mango cupcake was simply divine. Light mango flavoured sponge with a soft mango flavour cream and a dollop of mango compote. Just perfect!
