Our most indulgent dessert yet! Elevate your festive table with our exquisitely crafted Bûche de Noël, a luxurious celebration of chocolate in its most elegant form.

At its heart lies a silky dark chocolate mousse, artfully blended from 70% and 80% single-origin chocolates to create a profile that is both bold and beautifully balanced. Hidden within is

• a luscious vanilla bean crème brûlée insert, offering a lighter contrast
• an almond and feuilletine dark chocolate crunch layer, adding a sophisticated crunch
• our dense and fudgy signature dark chocolate brownie
• and an almond joconde sponge as a base

The entire bûche is finished with a glossy chocolate rocher mirror glaze with toasted nibbed almonds and topped with elegant gold dusted chocolate snowflakes.
