A gluten free all butter rich chocolate cake filled with a salted caramel ganache and topped with sea salt caramel buttercream, more caramel ganache and garnished with a gold splattered chocolate disc with a heart cut-out.

Coconut & Raspberry

Coconut sponge studded with fresh raspberries, filled with raspberry jam and topped with a coconut buttercream and a fresh raspberry half.

Pistachio & Chocolate

Our signature rich chocolate sponge filled with a dark chocolate ganache and topped with a roasted pistachio mascarpone buttercream.

Rhubarb & Ginger

Ginger sponge baked with fresh rhubarb and infused with rhubarb syrup, filled with a house made rhubarb and vanilla jam, topped with a rhubarb buttercream and more of that sweet yet sour rhubarb and vanilla jam.

Red Velvet

A ruby coloured sponge with a hint of cocoa, topped with a vanilla bean cream cheese buttercream finished in our signature floral design with a little red chocolate heart.

Tiramisu

A muscovado sugar sponge drenched in a Colombian single origin espresso spiked with coffee liquor, filled with a dark chocolate ganache centre and a Marsala infused mascarpone buttercream finished with a generous dusting of organic cocoa.

Orange & Almond (Vegan)

Orange and almond infused vegan sponge topped with an almond praline ‘butter’ cream and a halo of toasted almond flakes. We promise you won’t know it’s vegan at all!
