We took the same chocolate cake from our classic chocolate fudge cake and paired it with our own house made sea salt caramel and the result is a truly indulgent cake! A rich all butter chocolate cake layered with a sea salt caramel buttercream and a layer of caramel ganache all covered in our signature vanilla meringue based buttercream. Topped with a combination of piped chocolate fudge buttercream and caramel buttercream filled with sea salt caramel sauce and finished with dark chocolate swooshes.

Please note: all our cakes are delivered or handed over chilled and, due to the high butter content and couverture chocolate used in this cake, it must be brought to room temperature to ensure the best texture and enjoyment. For this reason, we recommend picking up or having our chocolate fudge cake delivered the day before your event, allowing it to sit out overnight and soften properly.

While every effort will be made to reduce the risk of cross contamination, we should note that all of our cakes are handmade in an environment where NUTS, PEANUTS, EGGS, MILK, SOYA, SESAME, GLUTEN and ALCOHOL are used.

Lead Times

All our cakes are handmade and baked fresh to order by a small team in the kitchen of our shop in Putney. Our lead time is therefore two days (if ordered before noon) to ensure your order is finished to perfection.

Cakes can either be collected from our shop in Putney or, alternatively, we offer a delivery service to select postcodes in SW London two times a week (Tuesdays & Fridays).

Our cakes will keep well for up to a week in the fridge or 3-5 days at room temperature. If collection is not possible and you need the cake delivered on a day when we do not offer delivery we recommend having the cake delivered on the previous delivery day and storing the cake in the fridge. For example, if you need the cake delivered on a Sunday, we recommend having the cake delivered on the previous delivery day (in this example, a Friday) and storing the cake in the fridge. Please do not forget to remove the cake from the fridge at least three hours prior to eating.

We are closed on Mondays. For any urgent/last minute enquiries please call our shop on 020 8704 5642 and we will try our best to assist.

Delivery

Delivery is available for local SW London postcodes twice a week. This is charged at a flat rate of £8.95 and is available for Tuesdays and Fridays.
