Valentine's Dark Chocolate & Raspberry Flourless Cake for 2

An exceptionally rich and indulgent flourless chocolate cake, crafted for true dark chocolate lovers. We use a premium single-origin 70% dark chocolate from Peru to create this unique dessert, baked twice to achieve two distinct textures.

The top layer is light and velvety, with a delicate, mousse-like finish, while the bottom is dense, fudgy, and intensely chocolatey. Between the two sits a bright layer of raspberry jam, adding a tangy contrast that cuts through the richness. For our Valentine’s version, we also bake fresh raspberries into the cake, bringing bursts of fruit throughout.
